Support and Resources for the Holiday Season

The holiday season can particularly bring out the loneliness felt by LGBTQIA+ people who feel unwelcome in their families, churches, or communities. Several resources are available for additional support during this time. Many of these help lines are accessible 24/7 at no cost, with trained listeners prepared to assist with a variety of situations.

The Covenant Network of Presbyterians' website includes online resources for LGBTQIA+ youth. Access to online help can be essential in easing feelings of isolation for all people, especially LBGTQIA+ youth.

A map available on the website shows churches affiliated with CNP, helping LGBTQIA+ people and allies connect with inclusive houses of worship.Wherever you spend the holidays, the love of God, the grace of Christ and fellowship of the Holy Spirit abide with you always.
