A Prayer of Blessing for Transgender Day of Visibility

This blessing by the Rev. TJ Remaley, one of the co-moderators of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians, is free for all congregations seeking to recognize Transgender Day of Visibility.

The Rev. TJ Remaley is a lifelong Presbyterian who has served congregations in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Florida since his ordination in 2014. His ministry focuses on faith formation, family ministry, and mission, with a particular calling to justice and advocacy work including LGBTQIA+ equality. TJ currently serves on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Council of the Association of Partners in Christian Education and on the Board of Directors of Covenant Network of Presbyterians. He holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Union Presbyterian Seminary, along with certifications in patient counseling and diversity leadership. TJ lives with his wife Megan of 13 years and their 7-year-old child Layton.
