Applications Open for Covenant Fellows Program

CNP is excited to launch a new Covenant Fellows Program designed to cultivate the next generation of church leaders committed to LGBTQIA+ inclusion and advocacy within the PC(USA). This nine-month program (September 2025–May 2026) will equip seminary students and recent graduates with the theological foundation, practical skills, and supportive community needed to lead the church toward greater inclusion, authenticity, and welcome.

Fellows will engage in monthly virtual seminars, receive mentorship from experienced advocates, implement advocacy projects in their local contexts, and participate in Covenant Conversations events across the country. The program culminates with a year-end retreat (fully funded by the Covenant Network) where participants will deepen relationships and strengthen their commitment to this vital work.

Applications open April 21, 2025, and close July 31, 2025. Selected fellows will be notified by September 1, 2025.
