loss” and involves “the sharing of life,”  Shady Grove actively practices community through worship, study, and service.  An annual “Race for Grace” helps support local mission projects.  Located in East Memphis, Shady Grove shares its space with more than thirty community groups.*   *   *Lyndhurst Community Presbyterian ChurchLyndhurst, OHHarry Eberts, PastorThis active congregation in the Cleveland area shares “progressive and holy worship” every week.  It is currently engaged in a major “green initiative” to make its building substantially more energy efficient and also to help an inner-city congregation achieve similar savings.  It claims as core values to “Go Boldly • Love Deeply • Trust Radically • Live Gently • Worship Joyously  •  Forgive Freely • Care Constantly.”*   *   *Tippecanoe Presbyterian ChurchMilwaukee, WIKaren Hagen, PastorThis “emerging” church congregation in the Bay View-Cudahy section of Milwaukee offers an active homeless outreach program and a community garden, and encourages spiritual growth for all through its “Living Waters Contemplative Life Center.”
