The Covenant Network is delighted to announce the full line-up of speakers and preachers leading the 2013 Covenant Conference, “Marriage Matters” – to be held October 31 through November 2 at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago. For more information, and a link to registration, click here.
Previously announced keynote speakers Amy Plantinga Pauw and Stacy Johnson will be joined by Macky Alston, director of Auburn Media, who is an expert on training religious leaders to make effective use of communications media.
Conference preachers will be Frank Yamada, president of McCormick Theological Seminary; Sharon Youngs, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Oak Ridge, TN; and Brian Ellison, executive director of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians.
Kimberly Bracken Long will lead a pre-conference workshop on marriage liturgies and worship.
