A Safe Space provides an affirmative environment, spiritual support, and actions of solidarity for the LGBTQ community and their allies at Union Presbyterian Seminary. Various public events such as pot lucks, worship services, queer movies, informational sessions, and time for fellowship are held throughout the school year.
We also host a weekly private gathering specifically for LGBTQ students to experience consistent support and fellowship throughout their time at seminary.
